Online registration: April 3 (Wed.) to May 21 (Tue) 12:00 PM, 2019.
- Early Bird Online Registration: April 3 (Wed.) to May 6 (Mon), 2019.
- Regular Online Registration: May 7 (Wed) to May 21 (Tue) 12:00 PM, 2019.
Online registration is only available up to May 21 (Tue) until 12:00.
After 12:01 PM, May 21 (Wed) onwards, we request you to register on site at the venue. Please note that for on-site registrations, we may not be able to accommodate you if the session is already full. We will also be unable to provide you lunch for the luncheon sessions.

The registration fees for members is non-taxable and for non-members would be taxable.
Luncheon sessions are inclusive of consumption tax and are taxable for both members and non-members.
** No eating or drinking is allowed in the Centennial Hall and International Science Innovation Building 5F even if the sessions are conducted during lunch time.

We request each participant to register individually. There will be no refunds for cancellation after May 22 (Wed).

Payment can be done by credit card or by bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, registration is complete when the registration fee is creditedinto our account. **We request you to bear the bank transfer fee and make sure the payment reaches us on time.
Early Bird Registration (Up to May 6)：Payment due by May 8 (Wed) 3 PM
Regular Online Registration ( Up to May 21）：Payment due by May 23 (Thu) 3 PM - Session Registration
You can choose the sessions you want to attend online. In case of payment by bank transfer, your session registration is complete only after payment has been received. Please note that each session has a fixed capacity and once we reach our full capacity, we will be unable to accommodate new registration. - Confirmation of Registration
Once the online registration is successfully completed, an automatic mail will be sent to the email address registered with us. In case you do not receive the mail even within 60 minutes after registration, there is a possibility you registered your email address wrongly or the registration process has not been completed correctly.
If you are using free email service like Hotmail Outlook etc there is also a possibility that the mail is automatically delivered into the spam folder. Kindly make sure that your settings allow you to receive mails received from <office@acp2019.org> - Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds for cancellation after May 22 (Wed).
In case of payment by bank transfer, bank transfer charges will be deducted from the registration fees and the balance will be transferred back to you.
In case of payment by credit card, the amount will be credited to your account. However, this may take a while depending on the rules and regulations of the credit card company.
